MSEC Pizza Seminar

On Monday, October 26, 2009, the Multiscale Science & Engineering Center held its bi-weekly Pizza Seminar for faculty, staff and students involved in the center.  Professor Nikhil Koratkar gave the seminar on "Graphene Based Composite Materials".   The response to the seminar was very positive.  Many thanks to Professor Koratkar for his time and sharing his research with the group.    

These Pizza Seminars are a resourceful way to learn what other faculty involved in multiscale science are performing research on.  The knowledge will be a valuable tool to create collaboration on future projects.  The Pizza Seminar will be held bi-weekly on mondays for the Fall '09 semester; the seminars are cancelled on monday holidays.  The next Pizza Seminar is Monday, November 9, 2009 and Assistant Professor Fengyan Li will be speaking.
